1. Corporate Communication Resource Unit (CCRU) Executive

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on marketing Muhammadiyah Association to the general publics and fundraising target.
  • Take responsibility for the marketing component of the overall Unrestricted Fundraising strategy
  • Undertake the necessary marketing research, profiling and competitive analysis.
  • Proactively identify and follow-up opportunities to promote Muhammadiyah Association.
  • Design and produce communications materials for use by the CCRU team for events.
  • Liaise with the Communications and Program teams within Muhammadiyah Association to secure information, stay on branding message and maximize opportunities.
  • Design and implement communications and marketing campaigns that generate fundraising leads and add significant contacts to the  CCRU database
  • Develop campaigns using digital communications and social media to highlight Alert, the work of our programmes, and to secure online donations.
  • Develop useful relations with media and celebrities to promote Muhammadiyah Association.
  • Document all relevant contacts, networks, and initiatives and maintain on the CCRU contact database in accordance with best practice and the Data Protection.
  • Present annual work-plans and objectives with clear priorities; provide regular reports on progress – written and verbal to Finance Secretary.
  • Ensure CCRU are aware of legislation and potential changes that are relevant and initiatives and ensure that these activities are compliant with latest developments
  • Work with a limited budget and actively secure gifts-in-kind and work with the Muhammadiyah Association manage and record expenditure within the department budget.
  • Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management, and participate in organisation-wide events and discussions on related topics/projects.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Experience in Event Management is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities
  • Some weekend work may be required
  • Preferably, someone with a driving license

HR Officer

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment; schedules and maintain coordination of interviews & preparing of induction materials
  • Handling of leave matters across institutions
  • Handling of claims (Institution claims, Government claims)
  • Monthly salary checking; Provides Payroll information by collecting all claims, unpaid leaves, abiding to monthly cut-off date
  • Maintains employee information by keeping their employment details and particulars updated
  • Assist with preparation of HR letters (LOA, AOR, Confirmation etc)
  • Assist with HR training tracker, filing, government claims
  • Keep MHQ staff ‘attendance whiteboard’ updated
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Assisting with day to day operation of the HR function
  • Communicate with employees from institutions and assist them with queries should they need clarification on HR admin processes and regulations 
  • Work hand in hand with Admin officer to assist with departmental duties in either person’s absence
  • Assist with adhoc duties tasked by HR exec/GS 
Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience on hands on administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint 
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent Communication Skills- written and verbal (English and Malay)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information

1. Welfare Officer

 

     Job scope:
 

· To care and nurture children and youths in a residential setting. 

· To ensure that the safety and welfare of the residents is being safeguarded at all times.

· To supervise and ensure smooth execution of residents’ routine and program.

 

Requirements:
 

· Diploma Holders (preferably in social service related)

· Minimum qualification: N-level, NITEC, O levels

· Passion working with children and youth 

· Able to work on shifts 

· No specific experience is required

1. Enrolled Nurse


Job Description:
 

·Assist in client’s ambulation and mobility needs

·Appropriate nursing care to the clients such as general maintenance care of foot and nail care, Naso Gastric tube changing and feeding, prophylactive skin care, assisting in feeding and elimination.

·Prompt recognition of any untoward change in a client’s condition to facilitate appropriate intervention.

·Maintaining of client’s health records.

·Ensuring proper documentation of client vital signs

·Assisting doctors during patient consultation

·Other duties assigned by Centre Manager

  • Nitec in Nursing
