2. Night Security Officer @ Muhammadiyah Headquarters Responsibilities: Make regular rounds at No. 12 & 14 Jln Selamat, and Kindergarten. • Report any breakdowns or faults. • Record any unusual activities during rounds. • Record name of over stayers. • Ensure all room lights and air-conditioners are switched off. • Ensure that unofficial activities should not take place in the building during the watchman duty. • Ensure that unofficial personnel do not enter the building during the watchman duty • Input records into the checklist and submit daily. Requirements/ Qualifications: • Positive attitude • Physically fit

1. Care Staff

•Conduct and assist clients with engaging activities daily
•Prepare activities schedules weekly
•Encourage clients to stay active, healthy and socially engaged
•Assist in client ambulation movement within the center and during transferring to and from transport vehicle
•Conduct group exercise according to PT/OT recommendation
•Documentation of PT/OT treatment chart accordingly
•Ensure proper filing of client
Qualifications / Requirement:
•GCE ‘O’, ‘N’ Level or ITE 
•Experience in ILTC sector is an advantage

2. Staff Nurse

Prompt recognition of any untoward change in a client’s condition to facilitate appropriate intervention
Provide health education to clients and families
Maintenance of client’s health records
Maintaining a close communication with clients family members on clients overall well being
rain and supervise staff on standard protocols for communicable diseases and infection control
Appropriate nursing care to the clients such as general maintenance care of foot and nail care, Naso Gastric tube changing and feeding, prophylactive skin care, etc
Assessment and admission of new clients via AIC Portal
Application and updating Client House hold Mean testing results
Application of client transport subsidy via Senior Mobility Fund Scheme
Qualifications / Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Nursing with license from Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Experience in ILTC sector is an advantage

3. Enrolled Nurse

Assist in client’s ambulation and mobility needs
Appropriate nursing care to the clients such as general maintenance care of foot and nail care, Naso Gastric tube changing and feeding, prophylactive s
kin care, assisting in feeding and elimination
Prompt recognition of any untoward change in a client’s condition to facilitate appropriate intervention
Maintaining of client’s health records
Ensuring proper documentation of client vital signs
Assisting doctors during patient consultation
Qualifications / Requirement:
NITEC in Nursing
Experience in ILTC sector is an advantage

4. Kitchen Helper

Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
Ensure clients are serve healthy food
Prepare / cook healthy meal for client
Washing of dishes
Inventory and ordering of monthly cooking stocks
Qualifications / Requirement:
Positive attitude
Physically fit

1. Full-time Lecturer (Arabic Language)


·  To teach at undergraduate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.

·  To supervise or assist with supervision of undergraduate

·  To contribute to the development planning and implementation of curriculum.

·  To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.

·  To participate in departmental and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside department.

·  To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and assessments.

·  To contribute to departmental working groups or committees as requested

·      To assess the capacity of MIC and propose a blueprint to raise the program and enrolment of MIC towards maximum capacity.

·       To report to the board regularly as agreed between the board and MIC.

·       To head the college in daily operation matters.

·       Understand the management and operation structure of MIC.

·       Scrutinize the finances of MIC.

·       Study the past and existing targets for MIC.

·       Make recommendations and materialize.

·       To organise MIC Management Committee Meeting.


·       Refer to Annex - Director of MIC - Duties and Responsibilities.

·       Any other duties assigned by the General Secretary


Requirements/ Qualifications:

·         Preferably Degree Holder

·         Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing

·         Possess excellent in leadership and problem solving capabilities

·         Some work over the weekend may be required
