Muhammadiyah Association
1. Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities:

•Maintenance: attend to breakdowns or faults to electrical, air handling systems, structural fittings and vehicles.
•Monitor housekeeping of all Muhammadiyah’s building and premises.
•Handling of pest control.
•Control of keys.
•Monitor of security guards.
•Maintain the association’s vehicles

Requirements/Qualifications:

•Physically fit
•Person with driving license preferred
•Experience in building and maintenance background


Muhammadiyah Welfare Home
1. Welfare Officer

Responsibilities:

•To supervise residents on their daily routine as per SOP during the night shift.
•To ensure that the safety and welfare of the residents is being safeguarded at all times.
•To supervise and ensure smooth execution of the morning daily routine for school goers namely bathing, morning prayers, breakfast and release for school.
•To maintain vigilance on residents while they are sleeping at all times during the night. Monitor through the routine hourly checks, random checks and the CCTV.
•To perform secondary duty as and when required.
•To ensure proper housekeeping at all times.
•To cover Night Team Leader duty during his absence on rotation with other NDO.
•Reports to the Night Duty TL during tour or duty.
•To carry out other tasks assigned by the superior/ Superintendent.

Requirements/Qualifications:

•Diploma in Social Service or related field 
•Able to work on shifts


Muhammadiyah Health & Day Care Centre

Muhammadiyah Kindergarten
1) Teacher - Full day (Islamic)
2) Teacher - Half day (Academic)
3) Teacher - Half day (Academic)

Responsiblities:

•To teach and educate creatively to pre-school children age 2+ to 6 years old
•To plan daily lesson and activities a week before class 
•To prepare materials and activity sheets needed before starting of class
•To come out with activity sheets assisted by Principal
•To set up learning corners based on theme
•To come out with letters or notes to parents with Principal’s approval
•To check children’s bag every day and pass any documents to admin or principal
•To check children’s communication book every day and reply to parents’ queries
•To plan, prepare and give accurate records or checklists on children
•Able to work effectively with other team members and parents
•To call and communicate with parents regarding child if needed
•Create and maintain a positive learning environment
•To help in raising fund for the association/kindergarten
•To carry out duties delegated by Principal in school’s events diligently
•To take care of children’s toileting when needed
•To take over classes or duties assigned by Principal when any staff is absent
•To follow the daily duty roster set by Principal

Requirements/Qualifications:

•Minimum O’level with English
•Preferably Dip in Early Childhood
•Willing to work on some weekends



Muhammadiyah Islamic College
1. Director

Responsibilities:

•To assess the capacity of MIC and propose a blueprint to raise the program and enrolment of MIC towards maximum capacity.
•To report to the board regularly as agreed between the board and MIC.
•To head the college in daily operation matters. 
•Understand the management and operation structure of MIC.
•Scrutinize the finances of MIC.
•Study the past and existing targets for MIC.
•Make recommendations and materialize.
•To organise MIC Management Committee Meeting.
•Any other duties assigned by the General Secretary 

Requirements/ Qualifications:

•Minimum requirement bachelor's degree.
•Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing.
•Possess excellent in leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
•Some work over the weekend may be required.

·         Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing

·         Possess excellent in leadership and problem solving capabilities

·         Some work over the weekend may be required
