1. DAKWAH OFFICER 



Duties:

• Manage Muhammadiyah’s youth outreach and development programs

• Manage and enhance Muhammadiyah’s social media outreach

• To assist Dakwah Team in planning and executing Dakwah activities

• To be on standby with other asatizah to attend to jenazah burial needs (Lead prayer and tazkirah)

• To reply to any religious or organization enquiries

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Islamic Studies

• Asatizah Recognition Scheme Certified

• Computer literate

• Microsoft competence

• Good communication skills



2. FINANCE OFFICER 



Duties:

• Handle Full Sets Accounts

• Prepare monthly report for management

• Participate in financial audits

• Review and implement financial policies

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting

• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

• Knowledge of financial regulations

• Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

• Good team player/communication skills

• Quickbook knowledge and Access will be advantage

• Able to start immediately



3. ADMIN OFFICER 



Duties:

·      General Admin Duties / Correspondence.

·      Provide clerical administrative office support.

·      Assisting administrative tasks, updating and assisting with collating reports.

·      Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.

·      Carries out special projects and assignments as requested.

·      Responsible for opening, sorting, prioritizing and distributing inbound mail. Coordinate services for outbound mail.

·      Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.

·      Receive relevant invoices for verification before endorsement.

·      Assist with preparation of letters for other organisations/vendors (thank you letters, plea letters, etc.)

·      Assist with preparation of Annual events.


·      Assist with adhoc duties tasked by various department as needed.

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

·      Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

·      IT literate

·      Microsoft competence

·      Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal


·      Able to multi tasks

1. CORPORATE COMMUNICATION & RESOURCE UNIT - EXECUTIVE/MANAGER



Duties:

• Assist in developing fundraising strategies

• Assist in implement fundraising activities and supervise fundraising team

• Secure donation / sponsorships from individuals or corporate donors

• Recruit sponsors, participants or volunteers for fundraising events

• Conduct research to identify potential donors or general donor market

• Manage donor databases and maintain relationship with donors

• Assist in application of grant and funding

• Maintain media relationship

• Prepare speeches, press releases, or other promotional materials to increase awareness of the vision, mission or goals of the Home

• Maintain social media and website

• Maintain relationship with sponsors, donors and volunteers


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience in event management is an advantage

• Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing

• Possess excellent problem solving capabilities

• Able to multi-task

• Some work over the weekend may be required

• Person with driving license preferred

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTIES:

·      To assess the capacity of MIC and propose a blueprint to raise the program and enrolment of MIC towards maximum capacity.

·       To report to the board regularly as agreed between the board and MIC.

·       To head the college in daily operation matters.

·       Understand the management and operation structure of MIC.

·       Scrutinize the finances of MIC.

·       Study the past and existing targets for MIC.

·       Make recommendations and materialize.

·       To organise MIC Management Committee Meeting.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

·       Refer to Annex - Director of MIC - Duties and Responsibilities.

·       Any other duties assigned by the General Secretary

 

Requirements/ Qualifications:

·         Preferably Degree Holder

·         Possess excellent communication skills, verbal, administrative and creative writing

·         Possess excellent in leadership and problem solving capabilities

·         Some work over the weekend may be required
